First: Cancellation Policy:

for order inside Qatar: You can cancel your order at any time before receiving it without fees.

for order outside Qatar:

If you did not pay and order still not received by shipping company You can cancel with no fees.

If you paid and order still not received by shipping, you can cancel but transfer fees will be applicable

Second: Return Policy:

Enjoy shopping with the below returns policy features:

If the item is defective or does not work properly or even does not match the description of the site, you have the right to return it within 15days from the date of its receipt and the price of the item will be refunded.
You notify us of your wish to return within the above time frames and you have proof of purchase) original invoice).

Q: I received a defective/damaged product, can I get a refund?

If the product you received is damaged or if it is defective, you can return the product within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact and/or the packaging intact, once we receive the returned product, we will check it, and If the product is defective or damaged because of Manufacturers defect, we will refund the value of the product paid a within one week from the date you return the product.

Q: When is "return" not possible?

There are some cases where returns are not possible:

If the return is requested outside the specified time frame, 15 days for -manufacturers defect products- from the day of receipt.

If the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition you received it.

Certain non-returnable categories such as filter papers, coffee beans ...etc.

Defective products covered by the manufacturer's warranty

Any consumable product that has been used or installed.

Anything missing from the packaging you received including price tags, stickers, original packaging, free accessories, and other accessories.

للطلبات داخل قطر : يمكنك إلغاء طلبك في أي وقت قبل استلامه بدون رسوم.

للطلب خارج قطر:

إذا لم تدفع ولم تستلم شركة الشحن الطلب بعد ، يمكنك الإلغاء بدون رسوم.

إذا دفعت ولم يتم استلام الطلب عن طريق الشحن ، يمكنك الإلغاء ولكن سيتم تطبيق رسوم التحويل

إذا تم استلام الطلب من قبل شركة الشحن (لا يوجد إلغاء)

ثانيا :: سياسة الاسترجاع

إذا كانت السلعة شابها عيب أو لا تعمل بصورة صحيحة او حتى لا تطابق وصف الموقع، يكون لك حق استرجاعها خلال 15يوم من تاريخ استلامها وسوف يرد لك ثمن السلعة.

سيتم تحويل المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عمل.

س: لقد تلقيت منتجا معيباً / تالفاً ،هل يمكنني استرداد قيمته مجدداً؟

في حالة تلف المنتج الذي تلقيته أو إذا شابه عيب، يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 15يوم من تاريخ استلامه وذلك بشرط أن يكون في نفس الحالة التي تلقيته عليها مع الصندوق الأصلي سليم و/ أو العبوة سليمة، بمجرد استلامنا المنتج المرجع، سنقوم بفحصه، وإذا وجد أن المنتج معيب أو تالف بسبب عيب مصنعي، فسنقوم بإعادة قيمة المنتج المدفوعة وذلك خلال اسبوع واحد من تاريخ ارجاع المنتج.

س: متى يكون "الإرجاع" غير ممكن؟

هناك بعض الحالات التي يقبل الارجاع فيها:

إن تم محاولة الإرجاع خارج الإطار الزمني المحدد وهو 15 يوم للمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة للمواصفات من يوم الاستلام .

إذا كان المنتج مستخدم، تالف أو ليس في نفس الحالة التي تلقيتها عليها.

الفئات المحددة الغير قابلة للإرجاع مثل ورق الفلتر، حبوب القهوة...الخ.

المنتجات المعيبة التي يغطيها ضمان الشركة المصنعة

أي منتج قابل للإستهلاك تم إستخدامه أو تركيبه.

أي شيء مفقود من العبوة التى استلمتها بما في ذلك علامات السعر والملصقات والتغليف الأصلي و الملحقات المجانية والملحقات جميعها
