ABOUT THE FARM
Bambito Estate is a multi-generational specialty coffee farm located in the highlands of Chiriquí, Panama. Known for its high-altitude cultivation and meticulous processing, the farm produces Gesha, Typica, and other classic varieties under carefully managed conditions.

ABOUT THIS SET
This Treasury Set is designed to showcase the diversity of a single origin through three distinct expressions:
- Gesha Washed → Jasmine, Bergamot, Tangerine
- Gesha Natural → Blueberry, Blackberry, Dark Chocolate
- Typica Washed → Mandarin, Brown sugar, Caramel
Together, they highlight how variety and processing shape the final cup, even within the same farm and terroir.
PROCESSING
All coffees are handpicked at peak ripeness and carefully sorted to ensure quality.
The washed lots undergo controlled fermentation, washing, and drying to emphasize clarity and structure. The natural lot is dried on raised beds, allowing sugars and fruit compounds to develop, resulting in a richer and more expressive profile.
Drying is carried out using a combination of traditional African beds and controlled methods to ensure stability and consistency across each lot.
