Inmaculada Coffee Farms is located in the village of Pichindé, a county within the municipality of Cali, in the state of Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
Inmaculada Coffee Farms is located in the heart of the Andes, in the Pichindé district of Cali, at elevations ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 meters above sea level.
Surrounded by the stunning landscape of the Farallones de Cali Natural Park, our farms cultivate rare and exotic coffee varieties, including Sudan Rume, Laurina, Geisha, and Eugeniodes—a species we have rescued and naturally processed. Eugeniodes is recognized as one of the ancestral parents of modern Arabica coffee.
Inmaculada is committed to agroforestry and sustainable farming practices, eliminating the use of synthetic fertilizers and agrochemicals to preserve and protect the ecosystem responsibly.
In 2022, the Fellow’s Farms Program was established to support traditional coffee producers who face the challenges of market fluctuations and climate change.
As part of its corporate social responsibility commitment, Inmaculada Coffee Farms launched this initiative to help farmers improve production and harvesting practices, increase their income stability, and connect their work with international markets through traceability and adherence to high-quality standards.
Currently, we collaborate with farmers in the Huila region, sourcing select coffee varieties from neighboring farms. The results are exceptional coffees that consistently impress on the cupping table, all while upholding Inmaculada’s signature quality and character.
